Step 1: Booking Your Appointment
You can book a visit by calling us or filling out the simple form on our website. If you are booking on behalf of a relative, this is the best time to let us know about any mobility issues or health conditions so we can make the visit as comfortable as possible.
Step 2: Your Eye Examination at Home
We bring all the necessary testing equipment straight to you. There is no need to rearrange your room. We can carry out the entire comprehensive eye examination while you remain comfortable in your own home. We never rush our appointments. We work entirely at your pace, taking all the time needed to ensure a thorough and relaxed test.
Step 3: Choosing Your Frames
If you need new glasses, we bring a hand-selected collection of frames for you to look through. You get to try them on in your own home lighting, which is much better than trying to guess under the harsh fluorescent lights of a high street shop. We will give you honest, expert guidance on which styles and lenses suit your needs best.
Step 4: Delivery & Aftercare
Once your custom glasses are ready, we do not just pop them in the post. We return to your home to hand deliver them. We will personally fit and adjust the frames to make sure they are perfectly comfortable behind your ears and on your nose. If you ever need an adjustment or have a question later on, we are just phone call away.
